Information on building law
Information is provided on general questions in the field of public building law, in particular building regulations law.
Advice and information on building projects
Verbal and written enquiries from those wishing to build, planners and neighbours concerning building, property matters, public building law and procedural law are processed with due regard for data protection, provided that no formal application is required.
In the case of concrete, project-related questions, it is advisable to arrange a joint appointment with the Building Regulations Department, if necessary with the involvement of other specialist services.
Information on current procedures is mainly provided by the responsible staff.
Transcripts and copies of files
If required, transcripts and copies of files can be made for a fee.
