Information is provided on general issues relating to public building law, in particular building regulations.

Advice and information on building projects

Verbal and written inquiries from prospective builders, planners and neighbors on building development, property matters, public building law and procedural law are processed in compliance with data protection regulations, provided that no formal application is required.

In the case of specific, project-related questions, it is advisable to arrange a joint appointment with the building regulations department, if necessary with the involvement of other specialist services.

Information on current processes is primarily provided by the responsible processor.

Transcripts and copies of files

If required, transcripts and copies of files can be made for a fee.

There is no formal requirement for this.

Short consultations of up to 15 minutes with clients, planners and third parties are free of charge.
