Alle Antrags- und Verwendungsnachweisunterlagen sowie die Mittelabrufe sind bei der zentralen Zuwendungsbearbeitung über das Zuwendungsportal einzureichen. Bei Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gern zur Verfügung.
Die zuwendungsgebenden Stellen (-> Links/Downloads) sind nach wie vor Ansprechpartner für fachliche Fragen zum Antrag.

Since 03.07.2017, the grants portal is availablefor the application of voluntary grants of the city of Jena for all areas.
In order to use the grants portal, it is necessary to be activated once and personally. Please use the "Registration for the grants portal" under -> Forms. The application for access to the grants portal must be sent by post to the central grants processing department, Budgetary Control team, at the contact address stated below.
In addition to submitting applications, funds can also be accessed here and proof of use submitted. At the same time, the current processing status can be viewed at any time. Long postal routes will no longer be necessary in the future.
Once you have successfully registered for the portal, you can log in to the grants portal.
