Applying for and renewing a severely disabled person's pass
The Municipal Services team is your point of contact for applying for a severely disabled person's ID card, as well as for making changes and renewing this document.

Procedure / deadlines
Applications can be submitted online via the Thavel portal provided by the Free State of Thuringia. The links to the forms can be found under -> Links. In addition to the online application option, you can of course also continue to apply in paper form. The necessary application form can be found -> under Downloads.
