Welcome, dear citizens!
Every building project brings with it many challenges and obligations.
The issues to be discussed may relate exclusively to public law issues, i.e. planning and building regulations law or, for example, monument or nature conservation law. In the case of private law aspects, such as co-ownership, other forms of advice are required, for example from the tenants' association or a lawyer.
Please understand that only a limited number of meetings can be held on the respective dates. Each meeting is scheduled for 30 minutes. In order to be able to prepare the appointment in the best possible way, we ask you to briefly describe your concerns.
