Development plans with legal force - Information
Gemäß § 10 Absatz 3 Baugesetzbuch kann Jeder in rechtskräftige Bebauungspläne Einsicht nehmen und Auskunft über den Inhalt verlangen.
Details
The legally binding development plans can be viewed both online (see Further links) and in the original at the offices of the staff of the Urban Development and Planning Law Team. They can be inspected at any time during opening hours.
If advice is required, please make an appointment by telephone.

Gebühren
There are no fees for the inspection, provision of information and consultation.
For copies of the development plans, fees are incurred in accordance with the administrative cost statutes of the city of Jena.
