Development plans with legal force - information
In accordance with Section 10 (3) of the German Building Code, anyone can inspect legally binding development plans and request information about their content.
Details
The legally binding development plans can be viewed both online (see further links) and in the original at the offices of the Urban Development and Planning Law team. They can be viewed at any time during opening hours.

Fees
No fees are charged for the inspection, provision of information and consultation.
Fees are charged for copies of the development plans in accordance with the administrative cost statutes of the City of Jena.
