Obligation to notify according to § 13 TrinkwV paragraph 1 - 3

• for the construction of a water supply system at least four weeks in advance
• for the initial commissioning or recommissioning of a water supply system at least four weeks in advance and for the decommissioning of a water supply system or parts thereof within three days
• in the case of structural and operational changes to drinking water-carrying parts of a water supply system which may have a significant effect on the quality of the drinking water, no later than four weeks in advance
• in the event of transfer of ownership or the right of use of a water supply system to another person, at least four weeks in advance
• as early as possible in the case of the construction or commissioning of a water supply system and the expected duration of its operation.

Obligation to notify according to § 13 Trinkw paragraph 4

• Installations intended for the abstraction or delivery of water which is not of drinking water quality and which are installed in the household in addition to the water supply installations in accordance with section 3 number 2 (wells, rainwater installations).
