Die Erziehungsberatung vermittelt den Erziehungsberechtigten Informationen im Hinblick auf die Entwicklungsaufgaben im Kindes- und Jugendalter und damit verbundene Bedürfnisse der Kinder.

During the counselling process, new ways of acting and seeing things can be developed.
The following topics, for example, can be discussed during counselling:
- family values, norms and parenting styles
- consistency and unambiguity in action
- new constructive ways of solving conflicts between the parents and the child.
- Freedoms and limits in parenting (e.g. defiance phase, puberty)
The counselling services are free of charge and confidential and are aimed at parents, children, adolescents, young adults (up to 21 years) as well as family members living in Jena.
Sprechzeiten
Die Beratung erfolgt nach Terminvereinbarung. Termine sind am besten telefonisch oder per E-Mail zu vereinbaren.
In der Regel ist die Familienberatung von Montag bis Donnerstag zwischen 09:00 Uhr und 12:00 Uhr auch unter der Telefonnummer 0049 3641 49-2833 erreichbar.
Ein Anrufbeantworter ist während der Beratungen geschaltet.
