Excessive road use due to event
Events in public traffic areas (excessive road use) are subject to approval or at least notification in accordance with Section 29 (2) of the Road Traffic Act.
Permits are issued in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act and other road traffic regulations.
Procedure/deadlines
If you wish to apply for an event on public roads, please send us the documents at least 8 weeks before the start of the event.

- Proof of event liability insurance
- Sketch plan: The activities, stands, stages and the like must be marked on the plan.

Fees
The amount of the fee is determined in accordance with the current version of the scale of fees for road traffic measures (GebOst).
