First names - redefinition of the order
Durch persönliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Standesamt kann man die Reihenfolge seiner Vornamen neu bestimmen.
Details
The explanation option only refers to the order of the first names. Adding or dropping first names is not possible. Two first names that are connected by a hyphen and thus became one first name cannot be changed in their order.
Parents with custody can make the declaration as legal representatives for their children. From the age of 14, the child's personal appearance is also necessary.
Unterlagen
- Identity card or passport of the person(s) involved (if the passport is presented, an extended certificate of registration is also required)
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate, if the person concerned is married or if the parents of the child involved have joint custody as a result of the marriage
- Possibly a declaration of custody
- possibly negative certificate (proof that one parent has sole custody)
