All application and expenditure report documents, as well as funding requests, must be submitted to the central grant processing office via the grant portal. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Since July 3, 2017, theGrant Portal has been available for applying for voluntary grants from the City of Jena in all areas.
To use the grant portal, you must complete a one-time, individual activation process. To do so, please use the “Grant Portal Registration” form under -> Forms. The request for activation of the grant portal must be sent by mail to the Central Grant Processing Office, Budget Control Team, at the contact address listed below.
In addition to submitting applications, you can also check the status of your funding and submit statements of expenditure here. You can also view the current processing status at any time. This eliminates the need for lengthy mail delivery in the future.
After successfully registering for the portal, you can log in tothe Grant Portal.
