Hygiene and medicine in the practice - advice
In addition to advising medical facilities on hygiene requirements in a medical practice, such as the hygiene plan and the reprocessing of medical devices, we are also the point of contact for complaints.
Details
On the basis ofthe Infection Protection Act (§ 23 IfSG), the specialist health service of the city of Jena inspects the medical facilities in Jena, such as the Jena University Hospital, practices for outpatient surgery, dialysis and maternity facilities, outpatient nursing services andmedical foot care facilities (podiatry).
These facilities are subject to infection hygiene monitoring by the Health Department of the City of Jena.
In accordance with the Infection Protection Act, the managers of these facilities are obliged to take the necessary measures to prevent nosocomial infections, to avoid the spread of pathogens and to define internal procedural instructions for infection prevention.
