Details
Outpatient assisted living
As part of outpatient assisted living, support and assistance in coping with everyday problems, particularly in connection with housekeeping, leisure activities or living, is provided on an outpatient basis by specialists.
The purpose of the service is not to take over activities for the disabled person on an ongoing basis, but to guide them towards self-help.
Social psychiatric family care
Social psychiatric family care is an outpatient form of assistance instead of an inpatient measure that is offered outside the patient's own family in a family of a stranger.
Social psychiatric family care offers mentally ill people who need help for more than just a short period of time a way of life that has a stabilizing effect in the longer term by participating in life with a host family, as well as the prospect of independence in the longer term.
These care services do not exclude other day-structuring services, e.g. attending a day care center or a workshop.
Workshop for disabled people & support area of the workshop for disabled people
The workshop for disabled people is a facility for the participation of disabled people in working life and for integration into working life. Upon admission to the work area, the Department of Social Affairs becomes the responsible cost bearer.
If the personal requirements for employment in a workshop for disabled people are not met, support can be provided in a support area attached to the workshop for disabled people.
