Applying for maintenance - Child maintenance
If the parents of a child do not live together, the parent who does not live with the child is obliged to provide maintenance. The entitlement to child maintenance exists for underage and adult children.
We are happy to advise and support you in determining maintenance for your minor child. We advise adults up to the age of 21 if they are in initial training.
