Nature and landscape - apply for interventions
Eingriffe in Natur und Landschaft bedürfen der Genehmigung durch die untere Naturschutzbehörde bzw. erfordern deren Einvernehmen. Sie entstehen durch größere Vorhaben, wie den Bau von Verkehrstrassen, den Ausbau von Gewässern oder durch die Rodung von Wald, aber auch durch kleinräumige Maßnahmen wie die Errichtung von Gebäuden oder die Beseitigung von landschaftsbildprägenden Gehölzen.

The developer is required to avoid possible impairments to nature and the landscape or to keep them as low as possible.
Unavoidable impacts are to be compensated by means of compensatory or replacement measures. If this is not possible, compensation can also take place via the eco-account or the compensation area pool of the city of Jena or the ImPulsRegion Erfurt-Weimar-Jena.
