Volunteering - Volunteer card
The Thuringian Volunteer Card is awarded annually for a period of two years by the City of Jena's Volunteer Advisory Board to deserving volunteers in the city of Jena in recognition of their commitment to the common good.
Applications for the Ehrenamtscard - valid for the years 2026 and 2027 - can be submitted until 30.09.2025. Please note that according to the guidelines for awarding the Volunteer Card, only institutions / organizations can submit proposals

Associations, organizations and initiatives can submit proposals for the volunteer card. The Thuringia Volunteer Card grants the recipients discounts in Jena, but also in all participating municipalities in the Free State of Thuringia. You can find an overview of the benefits under → Links.
