Applying for and renewing a severely disabled person’s pass
The Municipal Services Team is your point of contact for applying for a severely disabled person’s pass, as well as for any changes to or renewals of this document.

Procedure / Deadlines
Applications can be submitted online via the Thavel portal provided by the Free State of Thuringia. You can find the links to the forms under -> Links. As well as applying online, you can, of course, still submit a paper application. You can find the relevant application form under Downloads.
