Balance confirmation
Upon request, an official confirmation of the receivables or liabilities reported to the Jena city administration on a specific date will be issued for a company or trader.
The application (see downloads) must be submitted in writing - also by e-mail or fax - to the Accounting / Enforcement Department.
Documents
- Correct and complete name of the company or first and last name of a private individual
- Address of the company headquarters or private individual
- Telephone number for queries
- necessary power of attorney
- stamped envelope with delivery address

Furthermore, postal charges of currently at least € 0.70 will be incurred if a stamped return envelope is missing or no collection is made.
Collection usually takes place at the secretariat of the Accounting / Enforcement Department, Am Anger 28, 07743 Jena, 3rd floor against advance payment in cash or by EC card, postal dispatch with notice of collection of fees and expenses
