Eltern und Paare stecken mitunter in Krisen. Sie erhalten Unterstützung, um als Paar neue Perspektiven zu entwickeln und als elterliches Team für die Kinder präsent zu bleiben.

Topics that can be addressed in counseling include:
- Partnership issues for family preservation
- clarification of the couple's perspective
- Coping with partnership conflicts
- Protection of the child's interests in parental conflict
- Promotion of constructive conflict and crisis management options at the couple level
- Preservation and continuation of joint parental responsibility in the event of parental separation.
The counselling service is free of charge and confidential.
It is aimed at parents, children, adolescents, young adults (up to 21 years) as well as family members living in Jena.

Die Beratung erfolgt nach Terminvereinbarung. Termine sind am besten telefonisch oder per E-Mail zu vereinbaren.
In der Regel ist die Familienberatung von Montag bis Donnerstag zwischen 09:00 Uhr und 12:00 Uhr auch unter der Telefonnummer 0049 3641 49-2833 erreichbar.
Ein Anrufbeantworter ist während der Beratungen geschaltet.
