Upon request, an official certificate will be issued for a fee. on fees paid, e.g. daycare / after-school care fees, parental fees and daycare for submission to the tax office or employer.
Please note that the certificate is always issued to the actual payer.
The certificates contain the following information:
- Name of the payer
- Name of the child
- Cash reference
- Payment period
- Actual payment amount
Unterlagen
For the issuing of the certificate, please indicate the name of the child and the institution as well as the mandate reference number. Please use the application form (-> Downloads).

Furthermore, there is a charge of € 0.70 for postage if a stamped envelope is missing or if it is not collected.
Collection usually takes place in room 03_25 of the accounting / enforcement department, Am Anger 28, 07743 Jena, 3rd floor against advance payment in cash or by EC card, postal dispatch with summons for fees and expenses.
