Publish entries in the event calendar

Anyone planning a public cultural event in Jena or the surrounding area (approx. 30 km radius) can enter the date free of charge in the Jena online events calendar. There are two different ways to do this:

Database access

For organizers who would like to enter events frequently, there is the possibility of obtaining access to the database, with which you can enter, publish and subsequently edit events independently. Access is activated after successful training (usually online, approx. 90 minutes), which is offered regularly. Event notifier

If you only want to enter a few dates in the Jena events calendar, you can use the event notifier(link is external) on the website. You can upload your event data here using a simple web form. The editor-in-chief will check the details and activate the entry or contact you if there are any queries. Subsequent changes cannot be made independently; please inform the editorial team(link sends email) by e-mail.

Please note the information on the website(link is external), in particular that a cover picture in full HD resolution (at least 1,920 x 1,080 pixels) is mandatory so that your event application can be published quickly and easily.

Please note that, for legal reasons, the editors-in-chief of Veranstaltungskalender Jena do not make any entries themselves.
