Wird die gewerbliche Tätigkeit innerhalb von Jena verlegt oder um neue Tätigkeiten erweitert, so ist dies gleichzeitig der Gewerbebehörde durch eine Gewerbeummeldung anzuzeigen. Die Pflicht zur Gewerbe-Ummeldung besteht auch, wenn sich der Name des/der Gewerbetreibenden ändert (z. B. nach Eheschließung / Änderung der Firmenbezeichnung / usw.).

A trade re-registration is only possible if the activity is relocated within Jena. If the business is relocated outside of Jena, it must be deregistered in Jena and registered with the relevant trade authority.
