Real estate map - excerpt
Bei der kreisfreien Stadt Jena kann ein Auszug aus der amtlichen Liegenschaftskarte für das Gebiet des Freistaates Thüringen gegen Gebühr erworben werden.
Das Thüringer Landesamt für Bodenordnung und Geoinformation (TLBG) stellt diese Kartenauszüge über den Thüringen Viewer aber auch kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

| Technical basis | According to § 19 para. 3 of the Thuringian Surveying and Geoinformation Act (ThürVermGeoG) of 16.12.2008, in addition to the publicly appointed surveyors (ÖbVi), the municipalities and districts are also allowed to produce and issue extracts from the real estate cadastre for the territory of the Free State of Thuringia if they participate in the automatic retrieval procedure OnLika. This retrieval procedure has been set up in the City of Jena at the Geoinformation Team in the Department of Urban Development and Environment. |
| Availability of the printouts | Colour printouts are available (on request also monochrome) in the formats DIN A4 or DIN A3. |
| Transmission of the printouts | By personal collection, by digital transmission as PDF or by post (postage costs are added to the fees). |

The fee for an extract from the real estate cadastre or the real estate register is based on the Thuringian administrative cost regulations for official surveying of 28.11.2016, which can be found under ->Downloads.
The fee depends on the size of the printout.
