Real Estate Map - Excerpt
The Thuringian State Office for Land Use Planning and Geoinformation (TLBG) makes these map excerpts available free of charge via the Thuringia Viewer (InfoLika). You can find the instructions (PDF) here.
If you still wish to obtain the excerpts through the Geoinformation Department / City of Jena, a fee will be charged in accordance with the Thuringian Administrative Cost Regulations.

| Legal Basis | Pursuant to Section 19(3) of the Thuringian Surveying and Geoinformation Act (ThürVermGeoG) of December 16, 2008, in addition to publicly appointed surveyors (ÖbVi), municipalities and counties may also prepare and issue extracts from the real estate cadastre if they participate in the OnLika automated retrieval system. This retrieval system has been set up at the City of Jena by the Geoinformation Team in the Department of Urban Development and Environment. |
| Availability of Printouts | Color printouts (or black-and-white upon request) are available in DIN A4 or DIN A3 formats. |
| Delivery of printouts | By in-person pickup, digital delivery as a PDF, or by mail (postage costs will be added to the fees). |

Since November 28, 2023, all users of the Real Property Cadastre Information System (InfoLika) have had access to seven different types of extracts from the Real Property Cadastre, which can be tailored to specific individual needs. These include the extract for building permit applications, as required in the building permit process. Owner data is not included in the extracts provided. Extracts containing owner data remain subject to a fee and require verification of a legitimate interest. |

Fees
The fee for an extract from the real estate cadastre or the real estate register is based on the Thuringian Administrative Cost Regulations for Official Surveying dated November 28, 2016, which can be found under ->Downloads.
The fee depends on the size of the printout.
