Real estate map - extract
An extract from the official real estate map for the territory of the Free State of Thuringia can be obtained from the independent city of Jena for a fee.
However, the Thuringian State Office for Soil Organization and Geoinformation (TLBG) also makes these map extracts available free of charge via the Thuringia Viewer.

| Technical basis | According to Section 19 (3) of the Thuringian Surveying and Geoinformation Act (ThürVermGeoG) of 16.12.2008, in addition to the publicly appointed surveying engineers (ÖbVi), the municipalities and districts may also create and publish extracts from the real estate cadastre for the territory of the Free State of Thuringia if they participate in the OnLika automatic retrieval procedure. This retrieval procedure has been set up by the City of Jena's Geoinformation team in the Urban Development and Environment Department. |
| Availability of printouts | Color printouts (also available in one color on request) are available in DIN A4 or DIN A3 format. |
| Transmission of the printouts | By personal collection, by digital transmission as PDF or by post (postage costs will be added to the fees). |

Since 28.11.2023, seven different types of extract from the real estate cadastre, which can be tailored to specific individual needs, have been available to all users in the real estate cadastre information system (InfoLika). These include the extract for building submission, as required in the building permit procedure. Owner data is not included in the extracts offered. Extracts with owner data remain subject to a charge and require verification of legitimate interest |

The fee for an extract from the real estate cadastre or the real estate register is based on the Thuringian administrative cost regulations for official surveying dated 28.11.2016, which can be found under -> Downloads.
The fee depends on the size of the printout.
