Stellplatzablöse
Gemäß § 49 Thüringer Bauordnung (ThürBO) sind bei der Errichtung von Anlagen, bei denen mit einem Zu- und Abgangsverkehr durch Kraftfahrzeuge zu rechnen ist, geeignete Pkw-Stellplätze oder Garagen herzustellen.

Insofar as these necessary parking spaces are not produced on the building plot or on other plots of land within a reasonable distance and are secured under public law by means of a building lease registration in accordance with § 82 ThürBO, the developer must apply for release from the parking space obligation.
Within the scope of their planning sovereignty, the municipalities can set redemption fees or a redemption obligation for the municipal area or parts thereof. The redemption fees are based on the average production costs in the respective municipal area and are used for the above purpose.
