Waste - Reporting illegal waste dumping

If you discover waste that has not been disposed of properly and has been dumped in the open countryside, in the forest or other public areas, you can report this. We will investigate and punish reports of illegal waste dumping.

Illegal waste dumping occurs when waste (e.g. household waste, bulky waste, construction waste, waste wood) is deposited outside of authorized facilities. This constitutes an administrative offense and can be punished with a fine of up to 50,000 euros.
