All application and proof of use documents as well as calls for funds must be submitted to the central grant processing department via the grant portal. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The funding bodies (-> Links/Downloads) are still the point of contact for technical questions regarding the application.

Since 03.07.2017, the grants portal has been available for applications for voluntary grants from the City of Jena for all areas.
In order to use the grants portal, it is necessary to register once and with personal authorization. Please use the "Zuwendungsportal registration" under -> Forms. The application for access to the grants portal must be sent by post to the central Grants Processing, Budget Control team at the contact address below.
In addition to the application, funds can also be accessed and proof of use submitted here. At the same time, the current processing status can be viewed at any time. Long postal routes will no longer be necessary in future.
Once you have successfully registered for the portal, you can log in to the funding portal.
