Wenn Sie in Jena als Finanzanlagenvermittler, Honorar-Finanzanlagenberater oder als Immobiliendarlehensvermittler tätig sein wollen, benötigen Sie dafür eine entsprechende Erlaubnis.
Unterlagen
- Identity card or passport with current registration certificate
- completely filled out application -> forms
- Extract from the central business register -> application with permit application
- Certificateof good conduct for submission to a public authority -> application at the Citizen Service Centre
- Certificate in tax matters from the tax office
- Information from the debtor register
- Information from the insolvency court / from the insolvency register
- Proof of professional liability insurance
- Proof of expert knowledge from the IHK
