Ortsbildberatung
Die Stadt Jena hat ein neues Beratungsangebot für Einwohner und mögliche Neubürger der Stadt Jena geschaffen, die in den ländlichen Ortsteilen bzw. historischen Ortskernen Gebäude neu bauen, umbauen oder sanieren wollen.
Ziel ist es, die landschaftliche und kulturhistorische Wertigkeit der zahlreichen ländlich geprägten Ortsteile zu erhalten und mit den neuen Anforderungen an modernes Bauen sowie den Bedarfen der Bürger in Einklang zu bringen.
Details
The free initial consultation is explicitly aimed at people who want to build in the rural districts or historic centres of the city. The costs of the consultation are covered by the city of Jena as a service for the improvement of the building culture, the townscape and the landscape.
The so-called "local image consultant" - an independent consultant of a planning office commissioned by the city of Jena - advises the building applicants on questions of the local image, on architectural, building-technical and monument-preserving aspects, on the surrounding design and on subsidy programmes. The consultations are carried out on site by the commissioned office.
