- Identity card or passport with current registration certificate
- completely filled out application -> forms
- Extract from the central business register -> application with permit application
- Certificate ofgood conduct for submission to a public authority -> application at the Citizen Service Centre
- Certificate in tax matters from the tax office
- Information from the debtors' register
- Information from the insolvency register / information from the insolvency court
