Registering a Travel Business - Travel Business License
If you wish to offer goods or services outside your place of business or on a commercial basis without a prior order, or to solicit orders for goods or services, you need a permit (travel trade license) to do so.
The same applies to the performance of entertainment activities as a fairground operator.
Documents
- Identity card or passport with a current certificate of residence
- Completely filled-out application for a Travel Trade License -> Forms
- Extract from the Central Trade Register (to be requested when applying for a permit)
- Certificate of Good Conduct for submission to a government agency (to be requested at the Citizen Service Center)
- Certificate regarding tax matters from the tax office
