Register a guarding business
Wenn Sie gewerbsmäßig Leben oder Eigentum fremder Personen bewachen wollen (Bewachungsgewerbe), benötigen Sie dafür eine Erlaubnis.
Documents
The following documents are required:
- Identity card or passport with current registration certificate
- completely filled out application -> forms
- Extract from the central business register -> application with permit application
- Certificateof good conduct for submission to a public authority -> application at Bürgerservice
- Certificate in tax matters from the tax office
- Certificate of instruction from the IHK
- Proof of economic capacity
- Proof of sufficient liability insurance
