Persons for whom outpatient or day-care care is no longer sufficient due to the nature and severity of their impairments can be cared for on a fully inpatient basis in integration assistance facilities.

Disabled persons living in outpatient care can be assisted by professionals in coping with the problems of everyday life, especially in connection with household management, leisure activities or living.
